There is a comprehensive legal information system that organically integrates precedents, laws, literature, rules / established rule / precedent information operated by the Supreme Court, the court library, and the Ministry of Government Legislation, and the court library developed the Legal Thesaurus 1.0 for the first time in Korea in 1998 so that the data contained in it can be efficiently searched. A thesaurus management system was also developed to independently manage the relationship between the representative term and related legal term, to add statistical functions, and to promote the convenience of terminology management such as modification, deletion, and addition of terms. After that, through the first supplementary project in 2000, the second (Legal Thesaurus ver. 3.0) one in 2007, and the third one in 2011, the latest legal terms, revised laws, government agency names, foreign language bands were added, historical terms and place names related to the legal field were added, and the relationship between existing terms was supplemented, errors were checked, and a collection of law-related terms (Legal Thesaurus 4.0) was published. In addition, using foreign language translation in the collection of law-related terms, the foreign legal glossary of English, French, and German in 2008, and the foreign legal glossary of Chinese and Spanish in 2010 were published and distributed to judges and related organizations.

A legal encyclopedia is content organized like an encyclopedia by integrating the contents of major documents published by the court on key terms of important laws such as civil, criminal, and civil execution.
